If you forget your password, or if you're logging in to the app for the first time, and don't know your password, you can reset your password yourself.

Resetting Your Password
First you need to request a password reset link - this ensures that you are the only person who can reset your password.
- Go to https://app.swimmanager.co.uk/forgot-password
- Select your Club from the list of available Clubs
- Enter your email address in the Email field
- Click the Send Password Reset Link button
Swim Manager will send an email to you with a link that you should click to choose a new password. The email will look like this:
You can either click the Reset Password button, or the link at the bottom of the email. When you click the link, you will be taken to the following screen:
You should:
- Enter your email address
- Enter your new password in the two password fields
- Click Reset Password
You will now be able to use your new password to log in to the mobile app or the Swim Manager web site.
Problems Resetting Your Password
If you do not receive the password reset email, please check with your Club that the email address you are using matches the one that they have set up in your Swim Manager account.
